Bio

I graduated from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Elementary Education.  I have been teaching for seventeen years (five years in a public school, five years home-schooling, and seven years at FBCS). It is a joy and privilege to teach in a Christian school.

I became a Christian, at the age of nineteen, after a friend shared the gospel with me.  I had always believed in God and I grew up attending church.  I thought that being a good person and going to church was enough to get me into heaven.  I had never heard that I was a sinner who needed a Savior.  After my friend shared the truth that Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sins and rose again from the dead I prayed and asked God to forgive my sins.  I put my trust in Christ alone to save me from the penalty my sins deserved (hell). I was baptized that year and joined a church where I heard the Bible preached clearly and accurately.  It was there that I grew to love God more and wanted to live my life to bring glory to Him.

I have been married to my wonderful husband for nineteen years. He is the pastor of Grace Church in Otsego.  We love serving the Lord and ministering to and with the people God has brought to the church.  We have three wonderful children who attend school at FBCS.
